JW Coco Highball

Here’s a little twist to the classic scotch and soda highball cocktail recipe. When it comes to drinking solid whisky I always like preparations that highlight the flavors of the spirit rather than mask it.


This is a tropical variation that uses coconut water to carry up the flavors of the blended scotch. This is a combination that I personally like and it’s so easy to make at home! Try it out and let me know what you think!


JW Coco Highball

• 45ml Johnnie Walker Black Label

• 80ml Coconut Water

• 5-10ml Homemade Rosemary Syrup

• Top up with Soda Water


Combine the ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Stir. Top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon twist and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
