The combination of coffee and coconut has always been a strong favorite of mine. Theres something about how each flavor compliments each other to make a lighter and rounded coffee drinking experience. Playing around with Nusantara Cold Brew, I thought to combine it with Koko Kanu, a coconut rum, into this beauty. A super simple twist to a classic espresso martini cocktail enhanced with salt, this is a no nonsense recipe that just makes sense.
Coconut Espresso Martini
60ml Nusantara Cold Brew
30ml Koko Kanu
30ml Espresso
Pinch of Salt
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Enjoy!
