Coconut Cooler


The coconut cooler is a variation of a piña colada but it uses coconut water instead of coconut milk. This adds a lighter and refreshing tasting experience. However, I utilize coconut syrup to reinforce and add layers of coconut to the drink. In this recipe I use the Giffard Noix de Coco to do the job.


Coconut Cooler

  • 30ml Blended Scotch Whiskey

  • 60ml Pineapple Juice

  • 45ml Coconut Water

  • 20ml Giffard Noix de Coco

  • 15ml Lime Juice


Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and then strain into a glass over ice.
