BTC Cocktail

Had a friend of mine that kept asking me to make a crypto currency cocktails because of the hype. This one, inspired by the crypto coin Bitcoin uses the three letter initials to identify the main ingredients: bourbon, tequila, and cognac. The combination of these strong spirits is rounded off with the addition of Drambuie, adding the notes of honey into the mix. Peychaud's bitters finishes off the drink to create a delicious spirit-forward tipple to sip on as you're watching the market.

BTC Cocktail

• 30ml Reposado Tequila

• 15ml Bourbon Whiskey

• 15ml Cognac

• 7.5ml Drambuie

• 2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a glass over ice. Slice a lemon peel in the shape of a coin and express the oils over the cocktail. Use the lemon coin as a garnish.
